Dale Jobe, who lost his job in January, sought re-training help from the Yuma Private Industry Council, (YPIC), in April.   Dale was advised that there were plenty of job openings for commercial truck drivers, and with the help of California Career Schools located in Southern California and Arizona, he had a job lined up for him even before he graduated.
